[Fixed]Regarding the issue caused when joining WvW [World VS]

From January 2nd 00:00 to January 2nd 14:45(JST),
there was an issue of not being able to join WvW [World VS] correctly with “Connection failure” message displayed.
The issue is now resolved and correct game play is available.
