    *It is possible to investigate "sale", "discard", "strengthen", "awaken", and "evolution", but we cannot guarantee returns.
    *Depending on the operations performed, we may ask you again for the information necessary for the investigation.
    *Items owned by characters that have been deleted for more than one year cannot be restored.
