-Change the DP recovery time to display including a ""second"".

[Bug Fixes]
-Fix for issue of that the DP recovery item was in a state where it did not recover exceeding the upper limit of 100.
-Fix for issue of that preview for pet was displayed with Render in ""Lo.""
-Fix for issue of that quest progress display was sometimes disappearing from quest progress screen in certain condition.
-Fix for issue of being some avatars were displayed in darker than usual on the preview screen.
