We have completed the maintenance on 4/19/2018 13:10(GMT) for malfunctions found on 4/19/2018 7:00(GMT).
We are also delivering compensation to users as an apology for this urgent maintenance.

Also, we will be extending bonus effect time for items (Books, Orbs, Pyroxene) that has been activating bonus effects during the time of maintenance.

Here are known problems currently occurring and our investigations are as follows.

Maintenance was carried out on05:00(GMT) today, but due to completion of original maintenance, we also have found the malfunction of displaying character level "101 or higher," has became level "100."
For that reason, we aloso have started urgent maintenance from 05:13(GMT), and completed fixation on 06:50(GMT).

However, from05:00(GMT) to 05:13(GMT) (from the previous maintenance to the start of the next urgent maintenance), the characters acquired "1 or more" EXP status within this 13 minutes, is overwritten to the level "100."
Since the level was still "100" even after the emergency maintenance on 06:50(GMT), another urgent maintenance is carried out on 07: 00(GMT).

※For those characters that have not earned EXP by 05:13(GMT), will be back to the same state as the level before the maintenance before05:00(GMT).

As for the character overwritten with the above level "100", we will fix individually to the same level that was up until05:00(GMT).
We will need to correspond to each individuals' character levels that has been overwritten, so those characters under this circumstance is temporarily suspended for further measures.
